What kind of scores do you guys get?

I can do a 10k in 41 mins, well just under as it took me about 2 mins to get to the line.

Please no bull**** we've already had this pearler from Mr Vip (currently 0-1 after 7 years of boxing - KO defeat to a novice after he turned away and fell over on his limp little gay legs).

Lets see what you got training forum?

I have no idea, I never just run and I never measure the time either. Mr. V.I.P. is full of **** when it comes to his 10k time though.

    never measure..

i usually run 20-25 mins at a fast pace with 2 sprints (until my legs give up) in the last 5 mins. i aim to run until my legs give up and my lungs are struggling..

my trainer wants me to go to the track and do 8 80's but there is no track near me and i work a 9-5 so fitting in time to go to the track after a long day at work etc is not possible

i definately don't run like i should but when i do i run about 4 miles in about a half an hour in the park. I go at a decent pace and i mix in about 3 or 4 decently long sprints.

In classical logic, a contradiction consists of a logical incompatibility between two or more propositions. It occurs when the propositions, taken together, yield two conclusions which form the logical, usually opposite inversions of each other. Illustrating a general tendency in applied logic, Aristotle’s law of noncontradiction states that “One cannot say of something that it is and that it is not in the same respect and at the same time.”

E.G. Limp gay legs yet runs 5-6 miles in under 30 mins.

in all honesty i may be running 4 miles in less than 30 mins because i was counting how long it took to walk home after the run as well.

So basically your speaking shite? Like you do about a host of other things. What are you studying- I take it its nothing to do with sport? I take exception your comments saying Jeff Thomas speaks **** on here.

Which amateur club are you at these days?

You told me this directly, and I have asked for your name so I can Google it, or preferrably, a link to these times, and have yet to receive either.
