Running?

    How much and how often do you guys run?
    I tend to run twice a day four to five times a week.
    Iv´e been running for tree years now.

    I honestly don't run much, which is prob why my cardio sucks. But when I do, I only run about 2 miles

    meh, why so much? For boxing? If so, your time could be well spent doing others and still getting in adequate running, especially if doing it smart depending on your goals.

    Are you running for boxing or fun? For boxing all you really need is 20-30 minutes at 3:1, 2:1, 1:1 intervals with a long run occasionally.

    I run usually 4 times a week 2:1 intervals. Technical work before or after.

    running intervals and long run are what build the part cardio vascular. 4x week is good.

    It depends on how I feel, sometimes 0 times to 4 times a week but when i am fighting try to go at least twice a week. Also I do sprints but close to the fight.

    Maybe twice a week, 3 miles or so and ill throw in a sprint or two.

    Im a bit of a lazy runner.
