I see that there is a lot of different ways to train different energy systems on here and I just want to get something wrapped up.

How often should you do these train these systems? Because there is a good few and here are some , I can bet there is more.

    When should they be done?

    Aerobic

    Anaerobic Lactate

    ATP CP

Lactate Threshold (Do you only start this 8 weeks before competition?)

Do you have to do these all the time? if so when like every other day but which ones everyother day , would you have to train twice a day 1 system in morning 1 in evening?
or prepare to start doing them when you have a fight date?

Because if you do them like now with now fight date, how would you get to peak ? increase the amount of times you do it ? increase distance?

Looking forward to hearing from everyone

    Please help me out

    Thanks

    Chee

Type in "Aerobic energy system" by into the search engine on this site. I wrote it, although it says VonLPC. It should be helpful to you and may help you refine your questions.

I mean nothing by this, but I suspect you have a very limited knowledge of energy systems given the questions you are asking. I am having a very difficult time understanding what you wish to know, but will try to answer a few now.

"Because if you do them like now with now fight date, how would you get to peak ? increase the amount of times you do it ? increase distance?"

As you get closer to a fight, be it amateur or pro, you would do less general training and more sport specific training(glove work/sparring). Although I don't know what you really mean by the question.

"Lactate Threshold (Do you only start this 8 weeks before competition?)"

Not necessarily, but threshold training is appropriate I would say 8-4 weeks before a fight/tournament. Then training should be primarily sport specific up until 4 or so days before event. However, threshold training can also be done with bag work, MMA drills(if that's your sport), etc.

"How often should you do these train these systems? Because there is a good few and here are some , I can bet there is more."

This doesn't make sense, there are three energy systems.:huh

    "When should they be done?"

    :huhElaborate please.

"Do you have to do these all the time? if so when like every other day but which ones everyother day , would you have to train twice a day 1 system in morning 1 in evening?
or prepare to start doing them when you have a fight date? "

Again, I'm lost.:huh If you are training boxing,MMA, kickboxing 4-5 days week, 3 days of training the aerobic system should suffice. If you train your sport in the morning, train generally in the evening. For other systems it is different and it ALL DEPENDS ON HOW YOU FEEL AND/OR ARE PERFORMING.

Please look at the article. Good luck:D

    Hi TVLPC ,

As you get closer to a fight, be it amateur or pro, you would do less general training and more sport specific training(glove work/sparring). Although I don't know what you really mean by the question.

Ok I understand this , what I meant was if you are already doing lactate threshold training how would you up that threshold come closer to the fight? do more obviously but what else or isn't there anything else apart from do more and like you say concentrate on more sport specific training.

I totally understand your answer to my question
'Lactate Threshold (Do you only start this 8 weeks before competition?)"'

Basically not necessarily but if you do it, it will be a plus.

and to my question about how often to train the systems,

    sorry about that i am a newbie and don't understand much and thats why im here to learn and ask questions to know things but what I meant was how often should you do;

    Lactate Threshold Training?

oh i wrote ATP-CP Energy System (which in your Aerobic energy system write up what i just searched is The anaerobic system sorry thats where the confusion was).

so how often should the anaerobic system be trained?

The anaerobic-lactic system - how often should this system be trained?

also the aerobic system how often should this system be trained?

is extensive tempo and intensive tempo running anaerobic lactate or anaerobic or aerobice?

and to the last part do you mean i should do 3 days training on aerobic system or do you mean my aerobic system training will be covered in the boxing a do in the week ?

And lastly so it depends on how I feel when to train different energy systems?

i thought people said on here don't sprint 2 days in a row etc split it up , is there basic no no's or is it all depending on how you feel ?

hope you understand this more now

    thanks for your time

hope to speak back with you soon,

    Chee

    Wow, okay.

Ok I understand this , what I meant was if you are already doing lactate threshold training how would you up that threshold come closer to the fight? do more obviously but what else or isn't there anything else apart from do more and like you say concentrate on more sport specific training.

The anaerobic threshold would not go "up" per se. The number where an individual reaches anaerobic threshold does not raise much(largely predetermined), but the work rate will.

is extensive tempo and intensive tempo running anaerobic lactate or anaerobic or aerobice?
    What?

and to the last part do you mean i should do 3 days training on aerobic system or do you mean my aerobic system training will be covered in the boxing a do in the week ?
Three days training in addition to the boxing work.

Just a hunch, are you very young, say 18-20? If so, this may be difficult to understand. Maybe somebody else can articulate better. The problem with these forums is that while there are knowledgable folks, there are 5 times as many misinformed posters. My advice is research this topic on your own. Take care.:D

Too much to answer without at least some knowledge base. I simply don't have the time or energy. Good luck.

Lol too much scientific ****. If it's that important to you. Run 3 days a week for 45 minutes and make sure to up the pace after a while and sprint at the end of 2-3 days a week.
Personally, I don't really run long distances. I jump rope, tabata intervals and sprint for my stanima and of course sparring
