    Louis because Chagaev wasn't all that. I had to endure his fights. He didn't have much pop. He was basic.

    I'd pick Carnera to beat him on points.

    Chagaev has never fought a fighter in the class of Louis

    I pick Joe by UD but Chagaev would be one of the very best Louis had fought.

    Louis wins and likely by stoppage or knock out.

    Chagaev might have been awkward enough to give him some problems for a while, but I think Joe's combination punching ability would break him down over time. Ruslan wouldn't be able to survive to see the final bell under that kind of firepower.

    I think Chagaev was prime in the amateurs and past prime after that, he was much quicker and better conditioned back then

    He fought his first few fights with his am. style and he looked pretty bad. I have some of those fights. Chagaev peaked around the time of Valuev and Ruiz.
