    In my opinion this fight would be very interesting and exciting for fight fans, both have good power and a strong chin. If Peter were to beat Maskaev for the title this is one of the matches I would love to see, it would clear up some of the questions people have about Peters ability to knockout a good oppenent. I like Peter as a fighter but I feel Chagaev's ability to fight at angles and Peters inability to move out of the way of punches would serve Chagaev well in this fight, I see Chagaev winning by UD but Peter will have his moments.

    I like Sam Peter, but I don't think he's that good of a BOXER yet. He's growing, but he's not there.

    Chag would thoroughly embarrass Peter in a one sided affair.



    I think Chagaev is probably the second best heavy in the world, right now.

    Chagaev has shown much more than Peter has so far. I would take Chagaev by a wide UD.

    Yeah I agree I feel he would have a harder time against Chagaev than he would Wlad, Chageav has a style that would confuse and frustrate Peter throughout the fight.

    I believe Chagaev will be back in the ring in early 08, look for him too face the winner of Holyfield/Iggy match.

    VERY exciting fight, I have a feeling this will happen. Doubt Chagaev would win by UD as many claim, Peter will beat him and probably by UD if not TKO.

    IMO Sam's toughest fight.

    But I think he pulls it out. Chagaev is too defensive to handle Sam's pressure all night long. But he'll ultimately do better than Waldo (who can only win by grabbing 96 times in 12 rounds).
