Ruslan Prodv will fight JOSE LUIS CASTILLO in Moscow muhaha

This is a pathetic fight BUT I feel bad for Provodnikov. He's a very high risk- low reward fight to take on and I can't imagine he had any other options. He's been willing to fight anyone in the past and I think other fighters won't fight him due to the lack of money his events would generate.

 

Why is Garcia even being brought up?

When he takes easy fights, people go mental and make 100 threads about it.

But Provo is given a pass?

 

Is there any chance that Castillo could go the distance it's 6 to 1 for a ud? Yeah it's a poor fight for provoknokv but it was different for Garcia because he's is an undefeated champion whereas provoknokv is coming off a loss to an ok fighter and has had a few loss' , people probably didn't want to fight him couldn't imagine Judah being to eager but I'm sure his team were looking for a lay up fight

 

So when morales signed up to fight maidana you had a crystal ball that showed he was gonna be competetive with maidana and Garcia? I'm not defending Castillo fight, it's a joke, but honestly morales signing up to fight maidana isn't much different than Castillo signing up to fight prov. castillo may very well do what morales went to do, impress in upcoming fights but at the time they were signed, both were jokes and the fans were worried about morales/castillos health.

 

Prov is given a pass? Lmao. No more of a pass than Garcia.

 

provo has no title, so he doesn't have any obligation to fight anyone, of any ranking. if he continues with multiple fights like this, then it is time to jump on him.

Literally half the threads on this page were about it, for around a week.

Even when someone brings up this pathetic fight, people find reasons to bring up Garcia.

 

Agree I like Provodnikov but this fight is a fukn joke.
