    Why since the Algieri loss. Has Ruslan not been spoken about much. Everyone was talking about him before that fight... everyone was saying he was an animal

    Then he gets blatantly robbed against Algieri - he clearly won the fight.... and then nobody talks about him.

    Still undefeated in my eyes.. he never lost to Bradley or Algieri or Herrera.

    He's so exciting to watch, hopefully he brutally beats Matthysse in a war then people will start talking about him again

    exciting doesn't mean he's a World Champion, he takes too many punches in my view, but his vicious power and hunger to knock out his opponent compensate his limitations, it's no surprise Timmy and Chris ended up on a hospital ward due to Ruslan's punches

    He's exciting to watch and has had a few fights - as you mentioned - which could have gone either way. He's just a bit too crude to really be a top fighter. He will always give you a tough match though, that's for sure.

    He lost decisively to Herrera and Bradley. His defense is awful which is why they beat him and why he will always be beaten by solid boxers with good movement and solid jabs.

    That's what happens in boxing, the boogeyman is forgotten when they lose. Fans are fickle, and that's why boxers cherry pick. Because they're forgotten when they lose.

    You need to accept Provo for what he is rather than denying his resume.

    Just a C level boxer with great power and a solid chin who made a name for himself after having a war with Timothy Bradley.

    Matthysse will demolish him.

    A little harsh with the C level, but I agree with you. Provo is more of a gate keeper guy, not a world beater. If anything, it reflects poorly on Bradley not being able to avoid "the war." Bradley shouldn't have allowed Provo to make it his type of fight.

    Nobodys talking about him? What you mean besides the fact everyone is tipping his next fight to be fight of the year contender?

    He clearly got beat by Algieri, but take nothing away from him hes a great fighter and im buzzing for the Lucas fight.

    extremely harsh... I'm sensing some hate for this Russian

    C level no way.. and nobody is demolishing Provodnikov

    One things for sure Provodnikov would Destroy your boy the C level Khan if that one pound fish man ever dared step into the ring with a puncher.. it would be very brutal, you wouldn't even be able to watch Miniq.

    i dont think any one really forgotten bout him. especially with this awesome fight with matty coming up. but the algeri fight screwed his mojo with the fans up.


    ruslan is a beast so respected will fight anyone . cant wait to see how this fight goes down

    did he **** 'clearly' get beat, he clearly got robbed, algieri didnt do enough to take the title from the champ.
    he clearly beat Bradley as well the knockdown at the end sealed the win.
    Bradley is considered a p4p guy yet Provodnikov has almost been forgotten about

    He's not C level. He's very good. But yeah, limited. Bradley did not beat him "decisively", that was as close as it gets and a KD wasn't call in favor of Provo.
