Is anyone very high on Andrade? He is decent because of his hand speed but I just dont see a star in him...Also did Atlas really get fired?

I am glad I'm not the only one to think that. A decent pressure fighter will hand him his first loss.

    Round 3

Andrade begins leaning in and out on a rubber waist, dropping pairs of punches on Herrera #1's body and chin and then swooping out of range. Herrera #1 tries to keep his own punches short and straight to catch Andrade swinging around but just isn't quite quick enough on the trigger. Andrade does get tagged with some glancing left hooks as he's moving in and out but is quick to clinch when Herrera #1 starts to get him lined up for a follow-up right. Andrade controls Herrera #1 with his right jab and sets him up for a massive left uppercut that could have just opened up yet another cut on an already gnarly looking face.

  7. Andrade isn't going to get anywhere.

He lacks fundamentals and he isn't that quick. He's a lot slower than I thought.

Let's call this the mismatch that it is. Who would be a good step up for Andrade?

    Round 4

Andrade creeps around to his left, letting long right jabs fly into Herrera's face without forcing the issue or putting anything but arm into it. Herrera desperately tries to find a spot for his short 1-2 but finds Andrade too slippery and too quick on the release with his blinding/discouraging shots. Herrera #1 is eating some hard left uppercuts and right hooks now, but Andrade is just pot shotting and not trying to put him away.

Is it just me, or does Andrade negate some of his natural speed by using poor technique and making punches much longer than they need to be?

this is the third time ive seen him and he has decent hand speed but nothing special. He hasnt learned to sit down on his punches either. He might develop down the road with a good trainer but like I.said if they are selling him as a future star I dont see it.

Andrade seems like another Paul Williams, decent but theirs more holes in him than their is in sieve. His technique looks terrible and his defence is really terrible.

    Round 5

Andrade puts out his right jab for the first minute before stepping into a left uppercut. Herrera #1 is trying to dictate the direction of circling now but Andrade insists on going left and is dropping long punches on him at will. Herrera #1 is blocking some shots with his forearm tilting, and punching with Andrade every time the quick hands come his way. A few rights brush Andrade's head but he is still landing much cleaner. Herrera #1 is able to score unimpeded when he steps in and grabs Andrade with his left arm, hitting his back with his right fist.
