I think Lucas could have really hurt him had he went to the body more I don't know what he was thinking


Still I couldn't give Ruslan more than 4 rounds

4,8,11,and maybe the 12th round but that's it

When someone hits very hard it's not easy to fight the way you normally fight unless your ruslan

Ruslan is a animal, limited but he can definitely challenge any one. It takes a decent boxer to beat ruslan. There is no way of out slugging him. Power and chin will always be a favor for ruslan.

Tonight, Lucas proved he is worthy of a dsg rematch. He was wobbled by ruslan but he traded with ruslan through out the whole time, never went down and showed he can trade with the best.

Dsg will never give Lucas a rematch, I give credit to dsg for beating Lucas, but its a fight many want and a fight were the outcome can be very different.

 

O and duck-master, you only favored rusland because he is a wild card fighter. Don't act like you really based your opinion on boxing lol.

 

Everybody that said Matthysse can't box needs there glasses checked because Lucas boxed better than Bradley did against Ruslan for the majority of the fight

 

I just watched it again. Ruslan hit him with a hard shot but he recovered real well. Ruslan was tired too!

The 15 rounder matters only to fighters that regularly struggles to go 10.

If it was 15 rounds, they both would have trained for 15 rounds, kept the intensity slighty lover.
