His stoppage of Montiel against Donaire was atrocious and his reffing of Mares vs Agbeko I with the repeated low blows was even worse. No matter what they say, there is no accountability for horrible performances by refs and judges.
Was going through random HBO Sport highlights on youtube and saw him. I remembered I thought the stoppage was horrible and thought thats the same guy who was terrible in the Mares fight. Checked it out and both times it was him.
Ah right. Well yeah the Montiel stoppage (or lack of) was poor and his refereeing of the Mares/Agbeko fight was awful.
