hi i would love to know if there are any video online of a russian/soviet coach teaching boxing.....anything will do i guess like the ross anber video's expect someone teaching the russian school.... or something smilar, thanks
i could have been helpful with this - my first coach in russia recorded a video on a crappy camera for me when before i left the country. i leant it to another of my old coaches oversees and he lost the video. i wish i had it myself.
yeah it would be good to see, i like the training methods i should recorded more when i tried with russian coaches
