He’s talking about how the training is going. He’s happy with the progress, been doing some CrossFit and feels healthier/stronger, ready for the next step - sparrings in LA but doesn’t know who the sparring partners will be.
Somewhere in between he’s asked what he thinks of his opponent, to which he says the typical “I respect the man and I’m thankful that he agreed to fight me” stuff, sounds genuine, without going in to much details, although he did drop in “all the best fighters are currently busy so I’m grateful that I’ve got a decent opponent”.

 

He also mentioned how Chilemba did well against Kovalev.
