Ryōta Murata vs. Emanuele Felice Blandamura & Daigo Higa vs. Cristofer Rosales González RBR

It didn't get picked up on much by the boxing media or Twitterati, but GGG actually responded to Murata's call-out a couple of days ago, believe he said that he would plan on attending his next title defense (after Blandamura, since he's currently embroiled in this May 5th drama, seeking an opponent and probably already starting a training camp just in case) ringside.

 

If he follows the same pattern he did in his quest for the European title, Blandamura needs to challenge for a world title once more, get kayoed in the eighth yet again, then capture a vacant belt in his third attempt for a world title versus a weaker foe.

Um, nobody except LoGreco's family and some of the few remaining diehard Khan fanboys are really anticipating it..

 

OMG, even the KO punch has to be disparaged by Atlas.

Yeah, SO WHAT? It scored a knockout, STFU..

 

It was a half-assed attempt to "humblebrag", saying he predicted beforehand that if a head shot finished the match it would be a right hand, and then mitigating it with "not that it ended up being a really good or clean right hand, but.."
