    So many name at 140 and Garcia pulls up a guy that has never fought at 140. Cherry on top, Garcia couldn't even make weight.

    Ortiz admitted it it was dehydration was why he couldn't make the fight. He definitely does not belong at 147. Will be interesting to see how he does at 154.
