Ohh, all fighters sometimes find out that they are not ready. Lopez is young kid, he too will find this sooner or later and will be replaced with another up coming star for good sales.
This is casual thing in boxing. Prizefighters might be changed relatively easily, fans and business remain.
Prizefighters are just material to earn with, like actors in cinema, no offense there. With exception that famous actors usually might earn a lot even if they are 50+ with the same kind of job they had did when they were 20-30 y.o.

I might list damn a lot of fighters who appeared " not to be ready " and these fighters will be well known western surnames. Including HOF members and very great fighters well known worldwide.

Only in modern boxing fanbase this is like: you should have 0 not to be called a bum.
While a lot of top stars who were not only pro champs but also Olympic medalists appeared that " were not ready " and had lost even vs underdogs.

 

Meanwhile Tank is scurrying to 140 to fight a no hope bum while Ryan fights a real opponent. Tank hasn’t fought a legit LW yet and his opponent of choice is a bum as usual. You Tank fans are a special kind of stupid.

Ryan has already beat a top LW and is signed to fight his second top LW while Tank plays baby games and has to worry about jail time for being an idiot. He ducked Loma, ducked all top LW’s and continues to suck legit opponents at every weight class. Half witted people are plentiful so Tank will probably continue his nonsense. He’s a disgrace to the sport.

 

Tank wants no part of a top 140 pounder just as he wants no part of a top 135 or 130 pounder. He escaped 130 without facing any top guys, scurried out of 135 without facing a top guy (he’s literally never fought a legit LW, let that sink in) to fight a bum at 140, a weight he has no business fighting (except against bums). Continue spraying perfume on a turd, it might smell a little better but it’s still a turd. That’s Tank’s career in a nutshell. As long as there are enough dummies to fund this idiocy, I don’t expect it to stop any time soon.
