    I think espngbp has an extreme bias.

    Josh Taylor is now a contender, Garcia is a good option, he is really young yet he was active the whole year putting the round on him and looking quite impressive, he is not my favorite prospect, but he had the best 2017.

    You make sense but Taylor was 3rd on list so considered a prospect. Better resume so better year. I think hype won the day.

    Garcia is good but could be years from world level.
