Garcia looks like a junkie. Was at least high in that voice interview, still looked baked in the video where he's running, at the press conference he's on powder sounds off his nut and twitching like crazy. Admitting he drinks and smokes weed.

Unless Garcia is playing possum here this one won't go 2 or 3 rounds despite Haney being feather fisted.

 

Being focused on smoking weed, drinking and puss smashing ruined him. I predict Haney might actually KO him as unlikely as this is.
