Garcia has a fairly good amateur record and most of the fighters in his age group (mainly Devin) have said pretty good things about him. While his resume isn't as deep LSC, I can't say that would matter too much given Garcia's been pretty dominant overall against increasing opposition (for now). Experience is hard to value I think when it comes how effective it will be in a fight. Supposedly Teofimo's lack of experience was going to show against Loma, but if anything it was the veteran Loma who had the tactical error of being far too passive in the early rounds and losing the fight on points.

 

I think LSC also had a title at 130 pounds.
