Most probably won’t agree but it’s probably better. He won’t get the commitment he needs with all the other guys there. Add in the fact that they have questionable medication over there and have popped dirty, I’d consider leaving too before it stained my career. People crap on the dude rightfully so, he’s been flaky for years now, but it’s possible he could make an epic comeback. The kid does have amazing handspeed and can crack, although it is against subpar competition. But there’s obviously something there to work with. Out of the 4 jesters, he’s clearly at the bottom and has nowhere to go but up from here. Sometimes change is good.
Maybe he doesn't like trainers who dry hump him like a wild animal? So he went with a man's man like Goosen, who we know don't play that ****.
Eh, he wants a full-time trainer who is completely focused on him during one of the most important periods of his career that he doesn't need a passport to go train with. Nothing really to see here.
This still frame hardly does the “Banging” justice, as it ‘‘twas a thorough throttling! This content is protected ☝ About 10 seconds in
Seems like the kid is in a tailspin. Too bad because he was fun to watch and was definitely the kind of guy who could bring more eyeballs to the sport. I don't hate switching trainers but Goosen is not the answer. As far as I can see from the outside Goosen will try to help Garcia fix his head. He's too young for that, all he can do is get out of his head and out of his own way. I'd like to see him with someone young and hungry so he doesn't play the child role and there's a mutual feeling of responsibility instead of an old man telling him what to do. He doesn't need and may not be able to handle the most sophistication, but he needs the right atmosphere.
