by putting pacquaio in the same sentence as garcia, he is generating buzz even if there are zero chances the fight gets made. both de la hoya and garcia are savy and know how to build a brand, even more so since garcia career path is mirroring de la hoya rise. like other posters said, he will end up fighting someone like linares most likely.
