That's actually a misnomer, as per USADA:

"There are in fact products that contain ostarine, but only illegal ones. Given that ostarine is not approved for human use or consumption in the U.S., or in any other country, there are no legal medications that contain ostarine."

Guys, I use preworkout to give me an edge. I’m pretty sure Manny Pacquiao used some type of preworkout for his stamina.

I see no problems with boxers using preworkout.

3 pounds and a supplement is not the cause of Haney getting smashed by a hook in the first round.

So Garcia tested positive 3 times. Hard to make that go away, as he found. Lucky to get off with only one year.

Millking. Ryan banned, Haney has his 0 restored, Ryan even paid him for missing weight. Garcia doesn't even have the world title. A court battle is completely unnecessary in the grand scheme of things. Haneys health is just fine after the beating. Miguel Cotto never needed to do this, he got his getback without the whining.

Haneys clock is running out, he can't move up, or he gets washed, and he can't move down, too big. His 0 may be back, but his limitations never left

Money is money, and he seemingly has a good case here, and one which may perhaps settle long before it reaches court.

As you say, his 0 is back, but the damage has been done to his reputation where his weaknesses and limitations were most pronounced.

All the more reason I can understand this resulting in a law suit if that's how it plays out.

It would be one thing if he just got outboxed 10-2 never dropped and didn't take much damage. If that was the case he probably wouldn't be doing all of this but it wasn't he got beat up with power, dropped multiple times and could be damaged goods. His future earning potential could be over so he's within his rights to sue ryan because he feels wronged and cheated by ryan who not only came in heavy but juiced as well, ryan also has acted like a complete jackass afterwards. That's too much for him to bear so he's suing.

Yeah his career after this will be also be "too much to bear". This is ruining his marketability evident as matchroom didn't even bid for Martin and ostarine didn't speed up Garcias left hook or give him better timing, Haney will lose again, and this time without the controversy. He's an unprecedented crybaby, his 0 is back, he still has the belt, he got an extra million and Ryan is banned. I'm not even defending Garcia, he deserves the ban, but this is extra

A good lawyer can take a defamation angle too based on Ryan's social media postings. If it can be proven in civil court that Ryan's actions and postings caused Haney a loss of future income it could stick.

It won't win Haney anymore fans, but he's already pretty ostracized now, what's there to lose?

Then why did ryan juice if there was no benefit? Why is he suspended and fined? They're called performance enhancing drugs for a reason. :deal:
These gen z boxers aren't cut from my cloth they're all soft and sensitive AF.

Ryan walked back that stuff he said about Logan Paul's prime energy drink when they threatened to sue his ass for defamation and libel Ryan is too reckless with his mouth and twitter fingers for people who have deep pockets and keep lawyers on retainers like nothing.

Your boxer is sueing literally because of hurt feelings.

I think Ostarine is used to reduce muscle loss during a cut, but it wasn't used for power or speed. Ryan looked no different against Tank besides size, but sure

He's suing because he was cheated never may be the same and yeah hurt feelings have something to do with it. I'm sure emotional stress and suffering will be part of the suit as well.
