Must have been bad if a 'brand' like this got a year still, when often they get off.

Haney boils down from 165lbs+ down to 135lbs almost every fight. And like you said is a SNAC fighter.

I've known Garcia has been on PEDs since he joined Clenelo's gym, but I very much doubt Haney is clean given the above.

Haney got rocked by way smaller and old men , where he was weighing in 165lbs+ (robbed Loma too). Once he fought someone his own size in Garcia he gets put on his ass a few times. Haney trying to clean his record by wiping off this loss + the removing his Mexico loss claimed by Prograis, is a joke.

The only way Haney can redeem himself is if he starts beating top level guys at 147-154lbs that aren't inactive/drained/shot, which I very much doubt will happen anytime soon.

 

Is that "I'm still undefeated, Ryan didn't beat me" dance?

 

I think the attitude towards this situation would change if it was a forum favourite like Loma or Inoue getting battered by a remorseless drug cheat instead of Haney

People are in denial. Garcia was huge after the Haney fight. Any fight he touched would have been huge and people would have easily made millions off of it.
Boxing is a business if they could have saved/buried this the powers in boxing would have.

Inoue or Loma wouldn't get tagged in the first minute with a left hook from a guy who only has a left hook.
But let's say they did, they wouldn't get dropped by that left hook 5 times.

Good that a drug cheat got suspended, however it's hard to feel sorry for Haney here.

 

Of course it would. This just shows you how emotionally invested some of these posters are when it comes to fighters and that they can never keep it real no matter what. If Haney had popped dirty against Loma he'd be run out of boxing and be getting death threats daily. But when Ryan popped dirty against Haney it's funny and he deserves it. Some boxing fans are very sick people who need help.

 

This is what Floyd should have received for getting caught red handed in IV gate at the very least. But there again he's special lol
