Let’s be real, maddog Garcia took every advantage he possibly could on the day of weigh-in, he also broke a few rules. It’s a pick em fight if both fighters play by the rules on the day of the weigh-in.
Ryan Garcia was losing rounds to a half-concussed haney to win by a close majority decision lmao Haney beats him without the peds
Agreed and I'll add my own two cents... Haney's psychological state is what concerns me more than the physical advantages Garcia has. Haney and his team should be able to make the necessary adjustments to counter what Garcia found success with. However if Haney isn't in the right state of mind, the first time Garcia lands, Devin will panic and immediately forget the adjustments made in training. He will revert back to muscle memory out of fear and walk into left hooks. Fear that he will be humiliated on the biggest stage, again, is what Haney is afraid of.
Devin would get brutally slumped by a Ryan who had actually trained and without a ref who will let him get away with whatever he wants and not call obvious KDs. It's an absolute joke that the clowns at The Ring still have Haney on their P4P list.
Garcia by KO He didn’t even have to set up the left hook, he was leading with it and landing lol. Devin is horrendous
I don't like Garcia, but Haney gets the brakes beat off of him again. That was the kind of fight that can ruin a fighters mentality permanently. We'll see if Haney can overcome, but I am very skeptical. I think he gets KO'd in a rematch.
Garcia is a piece of human trash but I think he has Haney’s number. If they fight again, Garcia will be in his head big time. Haney will try and trade and get KTFO this time.
