Garner stuns him, and on cue.... British Stoppage for the hometown fighter! Not like he needed it or anything.

We can't end the evening without a British stoppage, can't we?

This is like the card of bogus stoppages. One inexplicable ref intervention after another!!!

That stoppage was so British, Lord Nelson just vomited in his grave.

Utterly terrible stoppage that. Boxers not even allowed to hit the deck now?

It seemed a bit early, but he was taking a lot of punishment, round after round.

We don't want to see anybody with serious brain damage.

Good win. Garner probably needs a fight or two against top 10 guys before he goes for the title. The 130 champions are a tough bunch. :chuck:

Yeah, with this bunch of refs, it's like "oh the action's heating up. Can't have that, gotta wave it off!"

I think he'd won the fight regardless as won all the championship rounds and Bellotti was clearly hurt there but I don't half feel robbed of seeing a proper finish.

Belotti fought bravely and deserved the opportunity to try and end the fight on his feet and Garner deserved the opportunity to score a KO.
