Yes he was awesome. His results been a little overshadowed with the Hopkins robbery (just kidding) but he was really impressive.
If motivated he is a joy to watch and has great power. If Lockett can get a title shot then I don't see why Rhodes should not follow.
Who knows? he's got a lovely attractive record for Arthur Abraham to try and con his fellow germans with. They love numbers over there.
I wonder if he regrets staying at 160 after the Grant fight? I know the chance came up at middleweight and he had to take it but he should have dropped back down to 154 after the loss. He had decent, but not great power, in world class at 154 but it was never going to carry up to 160.
I was very impressed. At 154 he could very well get a title shot - who knows? Extremely weak division, he's got a chance for some really big fights, it would be nice to see that I don't see such greats as Verno Phillips blowing him away myself...
The same can't be said for his mate Prince Naz who was there to cheer him on.... perhaps Rhodes should give him some tips to get back in shape!
