I hope Rhodes gets a shot at an ABC title soon. I don't invest much meaning into titles, but Rhodes deserves the gratification of picking one up. Make no mistake, I stil don't believe Miguelito has a huge amount left, but he looked good from what I've seen thus far. He's definitely near the end of his career, but his timing, reactions and skills are still there. I also think he could have stopped Clottey except that he had no gameplan and, with the cut, it became more about survival. His punching is still very hard but his form and composure have been appalling. Manny seems to have him punching in combination properly. And the footwork is so much better that, even as he moves, he's getting better leverage on his shots. That jab was a ramrod last night.
