I guess the heat got too much at 135- he can run to 140 and start afresh fighting bums already hand picked by golden boy. I can see he is following his pal Teo's footsteps. . Aleast Teo fought some big names before he ran or refused to give Loma a rematch of fight Kambosos again.
And followed it up with not ever fighting at 135 again. He knows Tank wont be figthing at 140 again. Tank already confirmed this months ago.
Calling out Tank but saying “I’m never fighting at 135 again, it has to be at 140” is like if Spence said “I want to fight Crawford next, oh but btw I’m never fighting at 147 again and it has to be at 154”. Ryan wants no part of Tank.

I don’t believe anything that comes from his mouth. Garcia will fight the top guys and I think he will fight at 135 again. Money talks and there are so many more big money options for him at 135. He needs to show he can beat those guys before moving up. I believe he can beat the B fighters at 140 but who cares? Stars fight top guys, they don’t feast on B and C level opponents unless they are named Tank Davis. He’s built a career so far by beating smaller guys and bums. We don’t need another Tank Davis. One Tank is one too many.
