Murata vs Korobov or Lemieux would be nice right now, but we'll never get that lucky.

Murata never looks that good IMO, and I'm not really completely sold on him, but he continues to get the job done (which is, ultimately, what counts) so I ain't gonna ***** about how he ain't some Golovkinesque KO beast.

Well...we'll see...it's quite possible, but I thought the same about Korobov.:patsch

IDK Murata just always seems so damn .... IDK predictable ain't quite the right word, but everything seems to happen as though he has to think about it first.

For what it's worth, he looked VERY different against Nicklow to how he looked earlier in his career. Originally he looked like a seek and destroy fighter, against Nicklow however he tried to box and it showed how awful his footwork is. He admitted after the fight he was trying something different.

Dude kinda reminds me of Pavlik only with poorer defense and often akward footwork. He doesn't like to take a backward step and his punches are very crisp.

I like how he uses his lead hand to try to control his opponent, either with sticky jabs or trying to even control the head. Kinda makes him a bit of a one handed fighter though.
