Whoever manages Brant needs to be given award for excellence in bull****. How the **** did he get a crack at the SMW tournament and how the hell did they force a fight with Murata?
The guy has beat no one of note and just lost every round against Braehmer in the WBSS SMW tourney. Which is the first I ever even heard of the guy who is a American from the Midwest like myself, and yet he remained completely unknown even around his region. How in the world was he not only selected for the WBSS, but now a title shot without a single notable win on his resume

His career is a complete anomaly I thought for a while that Murray was one of the luckiest guys around, with him getting a title shot virtually every year. But he fought the fights. Brant takes the whole ****ing cake here. Not only did the WBA mandate this for some reason, Top Rank actually told them to **** off(and seemed willing to drop the fake belt) But yet they managed to turn the tables!
He must have one persistent ass manager/promoter, how else could he have talked Kalie into allowing his complete unknown MW into a all Euro SMW tournament lol.
TBF it's not really a title shot. Murata has the regular title which is the same par as diamonds, internationals, WBFs etc it's a bull**** title which essentially alludes to being the number one contender but with the added bonus of only being mandated about once every five years. Still Brant has got himself a couple of decent sized fights on the back of nothing, most likely he must be cheap and willing to travel.
They're really pushing Brant, despite his obvious shortcomings. And it's in Vegas no less... hope they don't rob Murata blind if Brant ends the fight on his own 2 feet.
