I’ll say what i want. I’ve boxed before, I’ve sparred hard as a 150lb’er vs Heavyweights, and I know it’s not as simple as this guy is coming from this weight class thus he is smaller than this guy. That’s casual talk. Like saying Canelo’s fought at 175 or 175lb’ers, that means he’s that big or something. Casual talk. A smaller fighter can beat a bigger fighter on skills. Canelo spars heavyweights too, does that make him bigger? How many 100-200lbs heavier guys did Fitzsimmons KO? Charley Burley Ko’d some 220lbs guy as a 150lb’er. Charlo could go up without gaining any weight (for those worried about him slowing down due to the weight gain), and he wont be more than 10lbs smaller than Canelo.

So the there wont be some grand weight disparity, Charlo is much longer, and he doesn’t get dwarfed by Canelo’s thick head, hands and bones. But Canelo’s much bigger, this and that? Only thing keeping Charlo from winning this, is his skills, that’s the bottom line. He’s not fighting Jose Benavidez at 168.

Professionals have already stated the weight wont be the issue for Jermell, he’s that big. But carry on, you have your agenda I can see, you don’t like Canelo, for whatever reason.

 casual talk... keep repeating that 'expert'.

Not talking about sparring jackass, this is about moving up properly. Of course ANYONE can add weight to themselves. It's how well they do it. Jermell can't just eat his way to 168. Nor just bulk up with weights, as that will remove some of his attributes. He won't simply look like how he was at 154 now at 168. You think it's that easy Mr. Expert?? Casual talk!

No one is calling Jermell a bum. And weightclasses mattered more when fighter’s actually fought at those weights. Now there are plenty of much bigger guys squeezing into smaller weightclasses and there are “bigger” guys who don’t gain much weight at all.

You haven’t a clue what you’re talking about is the issue. Never called myself expert. You completely misread my last post claiming something about me saying you called Jermell a bum. And now you’re cussing at me. You’re flustered and acting like an angsty teen for some reason.

Reading this latest post of yours and I’d just be repeating myself. And I just realised you’re not worth talking to. Peace bro.

Jermell has made 154 comfortably for a long while. Has he showed signs of being drained at 154? Not that i've seen.

Look, you want to cry about hating canelo this or that... it's the size discrepancy I don't like the most in this matchup. Doesn't matter who the eff it is.. Dragging someone two weight classes up is lame.

Now if Jermell comes in at 168 and looks great. Well that's awesome. I'm more than happy to be wrong about him in this fight and eat crow. But until then, EVERYTHING is speculation. And bottom line is it's still a JrMW being dragged up 14 pounds. Remind me how many times that's worked out for the challenger. A challenger with a thin resume and very little, if any, big fight experience.

I don't like the Charlos but for once I'll be rooting for Jermell to beat Gingers ass Trouble is like everyone else he'll have to knock him out to get a draw. I'd love to see it

Just out of curiosity , Have any of you seen the posts on the internet where Sergy Kovalev claims his fight with Canelo was fixed. He took the fight for $$$$$ plain & simple, he knew he wasn't going to win & didn't try too
When asked about it Canelo just said He's a sore loser. Must admit tho it did look kinda suspicious

Whether it's being a sore loser, sour grapes or just selling yourself for a payday this only makes Kova look worse than Canelo.

The way it read he was saying Canelo was in on it. C'mon it did look like a sparring session. We all knew that if Canelo was still standing at final bell he would get the decision regardless

Kova dominated until Nelo ended him. Great victory and one I never in a million years saw coming

The comments here really summed up exactly what the fight itself turned out to be: a complete waste of time.
