I'm super bummed about that, actually, Baranov stood a good chance at springing the upset or at least pushing Daukenov pretty hard, that was a sleeper five star fight buried on a tiny daylight show in a West Siberian nightclub on a Wednesday, populated exclusively by 6- and 4-rounders. :xqw

They found an okay replacement for such notice, I guess, in the Uzbek journeyman, but damn it. Why can the boxing gods never just let us have nice things?

Legal YouTube Stream courtesy of RCC Boxing Promotions Page - live in just over 11 hours

This won’t be available for replay most likely, as their past events haven’t been, so if you’re trying to watch this and are stoked about the YouTube link and the possibility of being able to replay the event later, don’t count on it

Soma do you know the running order? I'm going to have Lil Butt dropped off w/ me sometime in the late morning (school vacation week) but would like to catch Farah at least. I was originally more excited about the co-feature when it was Baranov in with Daukenov, but now, meh.

This looks to be the official listing of the order of the bouts. Farah is the fourth to last, main event is Balandin, and Daukenov is the co-main event. Gonna try to catch some more sleep and hopefully I’m up in time to watch a good portion of the card lol

    1 step forward, 2 back?

Farah is scheduled to fight 2-7 Rosendo Mercado - a fellow Bolivian in his forties - at home this Saturday...in other words, a nearly guaranteed W. But then just a couple of weeks later, on July 7th, he is heading to Dover NH to get squashed by 18-1-1 (17) Vinnie "The American Nightmare" Carita. :shakehead:

Like, BRUH, make up your mind! Crush some cans domestically or rack up the passport stamps losing on the road fort a living. What's this "having it both ways" nonsense?

Well the bad news is that Farah only barely squeaked by Mercado, via SD.

The good news is they canceled the Carita massacre. Farah will instead keep the same date but stay home in Bolivia taking on 0-3-1 Cesar Mamani to string a few nothing W's together.

Would be whoever lands first. :sisi1

Did you happen to watch any of that Filipino card from the wee hours of this morning? The main event was good, and the amateur ladies' kickboxing interlude was surprisingly good.
