Should’ve been stopped four rounds earlier, Chisora had no business being in there with Tyson at this stage of their careers. Farcical fight all round and hopefully Chisora won’t suffer long lasting affects of this slapping.

I really hope he retires. He could still headline shows but the younger upcoming heavyweights will want to kill him for a showreel knockout. Chisora is a throwback fighter and will take punches in every fight he has. Time to call it a day

What is sad about it? Chisora got beat in a fight for the world heavyweight title, a fight he could never have imagined he would be in at this stage of his career, he got a good purse and went out fighting. Ok he got some lumps and bumps, will likely have headache for day or two, and likely feeling not happy about losing, but 99.99% knew he was going to clearly lose.

The sad thing would be if he continues to take more damaging headshots from lower level opposition or fighters on way up using his name on their records. Chisora has a young family, must be financially secure, so go out with a title fight as your last contest sounds perfect finale.

 

He also gave the man a big, fat payday with which to put food in his childrens' mouths, which is how one fighter shows respect for another.
