He can't make cruiserweight anymore. He moved up because he was a natural heavyweight moving down to cruiserweight.

Bustajay, I have never claimed to know it all.

I am a valiant defender of weight lifting, I have no authority to praise or trash calisthenics as I don't have enough experience on the field, nor am I all that well read up on it.

TJ Max is the only one bashing weight lifting, and as I previously posted, he's getting absolutely pummeled on the topic.

Well, I am off to the gym to build some of that "water weight muscles", ciao.

    Sorry I called you a pimple face:oops:
I worked out yesterday extra hard, more reps less weights, just for you brother:hey

I think weight lifting is great and as long as we all do some type of training we will live longer :happy maybe long enough to see Floyd VS PAC or Wilder take on a true boxer:lol:

Well just to be clear I don't do yoga or any other exercise than weights.
Not that yoga is gay it's just not my cup of tea:yep

Always start with cardio to get this old body warmed up first then off to the weights:good

    This has been fun:smoke

man the hate for haye is crazy. I personally think he was entertaining in nearly every aspect, allthough I admit the toe injury was embarrassing. end of the day he was still a unified crusierweight champ and heavy weight champ, doesn't matter who you beat to get there or the stick you take, its still a massive life achievement.

So you compare regular folks that train boxing to a 8 time mr Olympia winner and a competer at the world level in power lifting to eachother? :)

The thing is that correctly done weighlifting WILL be benefitial to you.
