Just bumped the thread. It's the 'Wilder must be stripped' one. It was one of your more bizarre posts.

So an American in his own country can't sell 100k, an Amercian that some on here are calling an "amazing talent", "future legend" and a "P4P star" :think

I'm sure all the people who have given Golovkin abuse for poor PPV numbers in a foreign country will come on and abuse Crawford for not selling in his own :good

LOL! But when it comes to GGG, they're quick to point it out.

Can't have it both ways, guys.

Of course it bombs. No one outside of hardcores and Oklahoma residents know who Crawford is. And Postol...who in the hell even knows this guy. HBO should really be ashamed of themselves for putting such a significant fight like this on PPV, with little to no promotion at that. This wouldn't happen on Showtime. And it obviously wouldn't happen on PBC. Time for HBO Boxing to hang it up when it gives more credence to GGG vs Wade than Crawford vs Postol.

This move actually could hurt potential PPV buys for Pac vs Crawford (if it happens). More people would have seen this fight if it were on regular HBO. There's the replay of course. But, the outcome is already known...not the same as seeing it live.

So it was HBO's fault when Golovkins PPV did poor numbers? :think

The consensus was that the fight was terrible. Maybe they finally developed an algorithm which could determine how fights would play out. It's about time if they did.

Honestly, it's a good thing they didn't hype the "fight" because then people would actually purchase it expecting a fight, which apparently didn't take place.

That hurts the sport more than anything.

That should have been on regular HBO. GGG was not ready for PPV. So, yes. The fight AFTER Lemiux, if it was against a better opponent would do well on PPV.
