Has this been announced or are you just saying you want this to happen on the Canelo Golovkin undercard?
I think Golden Boy would rather make this fight a day before Canelo vs GGG, than it being on the card, similiary to fights like Gamboa vs Castellanos and Marrero vs Rojas.
Subjective I know but I’d have the opposite unless Smith stinks the joint out and cuts him with the head and rabbit punches his way to victory. I really don’t like Smith,his last fight showed Corruption isn’t just Golden Boy. .
Ali is the more talented athlete but Smith has the better fundamentals and boxing brain. I feel like Ali should be the slight favourite, especially considering the Cotto fight, you could argue big favourite. Smith is a rugged and tough mofo though and can out dog Ali
Ali's chin is too fragile to make him a big favorite over anyone. The guy really can't take a shot. I think Smith is too strong for him, and will stop him late.
