Hey, Not going to be on here all day but read over on that sceen that Sadam Ali is starting his own promotions company as a short term measure rather then sign a bad contract with a big promoter. I firmly believe that one of the biggest problems with boxing is that fighters do a bad job of selling tickets and promoting themselves. So whenever I see a young fighter take initiative and try to build his brand I'm all for it. I like this move and I hope he can go on to do great things in the future.
Ali is a damn good fighter!!! Future champ fosho....that said it's a little early to dive into the promoter role since he's not even an established top 20 WW yet. He needs to focus on boxing and developing and working his way to a title shot in the next couple years not promoting!! I like the idea that he'll be in control of his career but this ain't the time to wear the promoter suit.
