I remember thinking he should just pack it in as he seemed to be stuck in the continual re building phase after each loss.

Groves should be applauded for what he’s done albeit he was to green to face Froch who would’ve still won that first fight regardless of the stoppage as he was starting to take over.
Froch took a few souls and careers of more decorated guys than Groves so big respect that Groves came out of that with his reputation and career still intact.

 

Yes it was as obvious as when Lennox Lewis fought Vitali,the difference in Froch between the first fight where he just brawled and out toughed his opponent to the Froch we saw in the second was very obvious,Froch was bloody good wasn’t he?

He works hard. Like extremely hard. Dude went back to the gym the day after Groves schooled him.
But his ego is getting the better of him. He needs to get a real trainer and start learning.
With his work ethic and a great trainer, he can go very far.

But the Eubanks are morons so... Idk. I like Jr. and wish him the best but that fight was embarrassing.
Last time i felt so embarrassed about one of my favorite fighters was when Rosado went ape mode vs Jemell Charlo.
