for sure will be a good fight.
unfortunate I'm working a night shift this saturday and have to record it to watch it sunday morning.

The greatest adjustment Juanma could make is not wearing "Buck Skin" trunks...

The first fight was an upset. Lopez took Salido lightly and had poor conditioning going in. He was walking around >180lbs in December of 2010 and lost over 50lbs prior to the Salido fight.

    JuanMa easy.

JuanMa has a chance but there won't be anything easy about it.

Never is with Salido, ask Guerrero! But I see Lopez winning a comfortable decision.

Alright so when did the conditioning begin to take place? Normally in situations like that the conditioning takes effect in the later rounds.
Not as early as it took place here.
The problem was not conditioning. Juanma has always had a below average chin and a suspect defense. That is what cost him with Salido. Normally his power has been able to bail him out but it didnt with Salido and that is where his problems startes very EARLY in the fight where conditioning normally is not a factor.

    Salido Mid TKO...

Juanma will fall into his same patterns, the one that needs to change is Juanma and there is to much that needs to change which won't//

    BINGO!

Then add the fact that he wanted to slug it out, which he always wants to... it usually works... but salido fought smart and didn't join in the slugging and would keep tagging Juanma and not get wreckless.

Juanma only advantage coming into the fight is power. And if he doesn't fix his other issues power will not carry him against Salido.

Maybe he does have a slight power advantage but the difference in chin is much wider. I think Salido can trade with JuanMa and get the best everytime while JuanMa has to hope for a miracle in a heated excahnge.

I feel bad for Juanma because I really like him, but I see him having a very rough time with Salido. I hope he wins fairly, but I'm not really counting on it.

A boring clear decision win for juanma. Such a shame that betting odds still heavily favor juanma despite him losing by tko to the same guy too. Was planning to make a huge bet on juanma but nothing less than -200

Juanma is well trained and prepared for this fight...most importantly he is focused. No more marital drama going into this fight.

Juanma is anxious for Sat......I can see Salido belly up in this one!!!

People clearly don't remember the first fight.

Juanma was going through a divorce, it was brought up several times and it was immediately obvious as soon as the fight began. His punches were slow and had ZERO pop on them. It was like watching a shell of the usual dynamic exciting hard-punching Juanma.

Juanma will use his distance effectively this time and win in an exciting but clear UD.

I like your optimism, but don't buy it. Lopez went life and death and was out on his feet in the last round against journeyman Mtagwa. Salido is VASTLY underrated and has the skillset, power, and endurance to do the exact same thing as he did last time. Lopez is too prone to slugfests and once Salido starts honing in with his right hand again, it's all over.
