so it will again be another slugging match which Salido will win

if Lopez boxes and does well maybe he can win but honestly Lopez couldnt take Salido out with his best shot and Salido could and in this kinda fight thats what decides it

 

Logic tells us that the way to beat a slow, plodding slugger like Orlando Salido is to use lateral movement and angles to outbox him, never letting him get set to sling his powershots, and keeping a safe distance away and fighting from the outside with a strong jab. However, Lopez hasn't shown anything in his career to even suggest he is capable of such a restrained performance. In fact, the only 12 round venture in his whole career was that cataclysmic nightmare of a fight against Rogers Mtagwa, where Lopez was out on his feet in the later rounds and only survived due to Mtagwa's patented inability to finish. And, seeing as how Salido has a decent enough chin and good survival instincts having gone the distance with both Yuriorkis Gamboa and Juan Manuel Marquez, it is improbable that Juanma will be able to bomb him out in the early rounds. So, I don't see any way Lopez can realistically win, barring a complete stylistic conversion from a puncher into a classical boxer. My prediction is Salido by KO in a virtual replay of the first fight.
