I will not even try to explained them. I just want to say 2 judges weren't from Puerto Rico. They were from mainland USA. I think they should be, at least, interviewed
As you may see by my avatar. I am Puerto Rican and I have followed Lopez before he even was a pro. But what I saw Saturday was disgusting. No balance, pushing his punches, slow, no waist or head movement, Chin up, No more than 2 punches at a time, standing square in front of his opponent, Can't use his upper without holding the opponent's head, Never gave Salido angles, Continue to fix his pants and cry to the referee a little too much, etc.....
Is there a sport more corrupted than boxing? I mean Salido won all rounds except the one he got KD. Even that one he was winning.
My point with this thread is: Some people have been talking about "Puerto Rico Decisions". But 2 judges are from the states. If someone is attempting to steal a fight, they need to investigate the promoter and the judges. Not necessarily Puerto Ricans
lol who said Puerto Ricans needed to be investigated. Corruption comes from money and that's promoter territory. 1 country doesn't have the monopoly on corruption.
I gave Lopez 2 rounds, maybe 3 if your being overly generous but there was no way in hell that those judges were going to let him win the fight shows how much of a slimeball Arum is, proves a point with the Pacquiao - Marquez trilogy scoring
I understand that. But some people act like bad things only happen in places like Puerto Rico and Mexico. Never inside the borders of the USA.
