Lopez by UD is my pick if he can just box, and not get into a war bc if he does he might just get knocked out.

I still don't see how he will win if he "just boxes" like many of you are claiming...Salido is gonna be all over him and is gonna force him to go to war, thats how Lopez will get KTFO...Will take a little longer this time around, but it'll happen.

Unless of course, Lopez runs all night long like he did against Mtagwa and lasts the distance, he'll get the decision for sure.

I picked Juanma by KO though Salido can surely repeat what he did in the first bout. I just feel Juanma totally underestimated Salido that night and when Salido tested his will and chin he folded.

If it goes the distance, Lopez will take the UD. But I think Salido can pressure Lopez and lure him into a brawl. You gotta respect Salido for not making a fuss about having to defend his belt in Puerto Rico after already winning it there. Glad they made a change in the Boricua Judge, it's a fair move. But they still have a Boricua ref.

They have Lopez as a 2-1 favorite in the betting lines, yeah I see the advantages but Im backing Salido!!!

    Guerra Salido!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If Salido hasn't aged overnight ( since he is already a veteran at just 31 years old ) he will most probably repeat his performance. If Lopez comes in to brawl then he is losing again, if he comes to box he has more chances of winning. But Lopez is no Gamboa ( who boxed Salido's ears off ) as Lopez is a fighter and not a stylist. Gamboa proved that he can be both an agressive fighter and stylist if he choses to but Lopez can't do that. Let's see what happens tomorrow night but I know that it's going to be a very exciting fight that's for sure! Both fighters have many things to prove, who will prevail? :huh

    Great post! :good

Let's remember that it was a boricua referee the one who stopped the fight a bit prematurely in their first encounter! He had to be escorted out of the coliseum to protect him from the mad fans. I think that was a good ref who saw that Lopez was very tired and hurt and didn't want him to get brain damaged as he did the right thing.

But this time it will not be like that. I am sure that this new ref will let the fight continue until one of them is really nocked out! This is going to be a really exciting " fight " for the fans that like " fights " and not " boxing matches ". I am going for Salido once again, if he hasn't aged quickly he should be stopping Lopez again unless Lopez has gained some new boxing skills to box Salido like Gamboa did. But LOPEZ IS NO GAMBOA!

The Cuban Bon Bon is where the money is! ;)

I see a repeat of the first fight. Salido is just a spoiler with JaunMa's style. I'd like to see JuanMa win his title back in impressive fashion, but unfortunately I just don't see him making enough adjustments at this stage of his career.

That's a good point Cuban Bon Bon. Yes, that ref in the first fight was Boricua and unbiased. I hope I didn't give the impression that I had something against Boricuas, which is not the case. I just like to see neutral Reffing and Judging in these type fights to avoid contravery. That's all.

I just hope we get a good fight without contraversy. :good

After Salido's Team protested about the Judge, They ended up replacing the Puerto Rican judge with another Puerto Rican judge. What the hell?
