    Tito cheated with low blows against Ferndando Vargas.

    In the 3rd round, @23:20 Tito cheats with a low blow punch on Vargas.

    Then in the 4th round @26:40, Tito AGAIN CHEATS with an intentional low blow against Vargas, to avoid being KO'd by Vargas after Vargas had knocked-down Tito with a left hook.
