    If i was a referee, people like him would really **** me off;
    ok, he wanted to carry on, but if you gets badly hurt, its the ref who gets the blame.

    A boxers a warrior if he fights to the the bitter end, the ref isnt.Nobody says what heart and courage the ref had for letting it continue.

    Damned if i would risk my reputation and be stigmatised as a terriible referee because some outclassed dude wants to continue try and be the big never say die gladiato whilst he gets beaten to ****..

    felt sorry for the kid - didnt get a chance to box, and yes any pro boxer deserves respect for getting in the ring. Hope he doesnt quit.

    nah he shouldnt retire. he has tons of time ahead. if he gets to a conteder level again a champ might pick him due to that loss...blessing in disguise maybe.
