Ergashev screwed up by not giving Salita proper notice that he was planning to have a fight under another promoter and royally screwed up by ignoring the cease and desist letters that Salita sent him.

He could’ve responded in writing and voiced any frustrations or issues he had about what Salita was or wasn’t doing and the Judge might’ve considered it. By ignoring those letters the Judge was pretty much left with no choice, but to decide in Salita’s favor.

Why is that the promoters are always at fault for shitty cards?
I dont get this mass conspiracy of every judge being paid off.

You honestly think Salita has such pulling power?

Salita earned next to nothing from his boxing career, had no notable victories and as far as I know isn't from a wealthy family, yet has done well to build a reputable stable of fighters and established himself in New York as a promoter who puts on lots of shows. Bravo!

Well officially I should say that the commissions do but the promoters always have the final say in the matter and can dispute any picks. Not to mention that promoters tend to get cozy with particular commissions and exploit those relationships for obvious purposes.
