willie is not big enough. he is a small lightweight. dont think to much of salita but he would of beat limmond comfortably.

 

Willie would have been outboxed fairly easily. He doesn't have the power and aggression to trouble Salita.

 

Hmmm, having watched Salita a few minutes ago, I don't know. Maybe not the power to stop him, but he'd be in his face and he has the chin to trouble him.

Salita was a strange one to watch... so much that is good but a really weird tendency to allow himself to get stuck on the ropes (then not fight his way out - seems to adopt a strange crouch and almost touch down). Okay, 29 wins is a good record; but he struggled at times tonight. IMO.

 

lol. . . .The other kid gave salita a whole load of trouble and he was nowhere near the boxer willie is. Salita is a hype job.

anyways apart form the actual boxer we are talking about calls the bluff i personally agree willie would of been able to fight him off. salita was getting brutalled by a jab and overhand right.

im sure willie would of been able to caught him enough times for a ud.

 

Salita is one of the biggest con jobs in boxing right now. The kid has been protected for what feels like aeons. He is a slick boxer but his handlers have steered well clear of any names that could upset his applecart. Willie would have had his work cut out away from his hometown but an upset wouldnt have been a shocker in my opinion.

 

Salitas lead left is pretty educated but I still don't rate hm or the guy Augustus humiliated.

You watched it, so what did you think of Salita? Threw a nice jab IMO but seemed to get a bit lost when under pressure. yes i watched the fight and thought he was good in spells, sometimes he looked a little uncomfortable, and looked to be shook up a couple of times, but i think he has the will to dig deep, im not saying i would have knocked him out or smashed him to bits, but he certainly wouldnt have easily beating me, and if he did beat me, it wouldnt be easy for him, i think he was rocked a little on a few occasions, so i think i would have the power to cause him some problems.
