What if Sanchez moved up to super featherweight between 1980 and 1981? Could he have picked up a belt there?

Against Sammy Serano, probably, presuming he handled the step up in weight -- those things are tricky and don't always work out.

Would have been interesting: lots of good competition like Boza, Chacon, Bazooka Limon, Rolando Navarette, etc., and I would have favored him over all of them. Long as Arguello had moved up to 135, and he had by that time, Slick-and-Steady Sal would have probably been the class of the division.

As long as Rosario and Camacho aren't in the mix, Salvador is safe, though I feel Chacon and Boza could give him hell.
