Top 25, just to think what he could have done later in his career makes me wanna punch a hole through the wall, he left way too soon.

imagine "Chava" Sanchez vs. Alexis Arguello, what?!!!

Head to Head im pressed to find 5 fighters PFP that would beat him, Unfortunatly he passed young. Although he had an amazing resume for 24yrs old,he didnt get his shot at proving himself to be the best Mexican fighter(I still have him 2)/. So even though i think hed beat most of the top 10 atg, id have to put him around late teens or 20 on my list............By the way HTH i think Sanchez would beat Chavez, but overall resume and longevity ive got to go with Chavez by default.

I used to like this avatar some poster had here of a picture of Sal in one of his fights and a cigarette photo shoped on it. That's how relaxed he fought.

I see it the same way ...had he fought a few more times he could have been a top ten p4p fighter.

When Sanchez fought Little Red he did not look like a 21-22 year old kid fighting arguably the hardest hitting featherweight of all time. The expression on his face never changed, and he looked as casual as a guy ordering a ****ing pizza. Disgusting! I was pissed at him for years!

Oh ya -- great fighter, and it is a credit to Little Red that it took a fighter of that calibre to knock him off the top of the mountain.
