Salvador Sanchez Conditioning Training

    What do we know of Sanchez's training and conditioning? This man didn't look beat after going 15 rounds with Nelson or 8 with Gomez. Unbelievable

    It probably also made him the slow starter he was.
    Sanchez would have been best when boxing still had 20 or 45 rounds.

    I know he was an avid swimmer. Beyond that, classic forum is your best bet here.
