Salvador Sanchez vs Patrick Ford

    Sanchez was such a great fighter for his time, he beat Little Red 2x, beat Gomez, LaPorte and Azumah Nelson all at 23 years of age, he wasnt even in his physical prime yet. You don't see fighters that young nowadays with a great record like that. Incredible.

    I don't feel great about Sal going over 130, however.

    He's a toss between Olivares and Saldivar,he still could've done much more, considering he beat Danny Lopez twice,and he ko'ed Olivares.

    Sanchez seemed to do better in his biggest fights, against punchers. He could punch and move, but wasn’t a killer aggressor nor a super slick mover. A hybrid. He could get hit, but had a good chin. He could hit, but was methodical and careful. He seemed to struggle most against boxers, but who doesn’t?
