Ok, the Boston Bonecrusher wasn't known as a puncher.

You don't know much about Langford, do you? He might be the greatest puncher P4P ever and his power is undeniable even at HW. He had many one-punch KOs.

I mean, it's even visible in filmed fights we have. Langford wasn't a volume puncher, he was a murderous hitter.

I know everything about Langford I even have his videos on VHS and DVD!
Did you check my best fighters list?I ranked him in top greatest and 5th greatest for me!
Like I said he was p4p one of tbe best punchers but not against HWs!
He showed his ounching power against LW/WW/MW but he failed to KO any HW he faced!
He was defeated by 3 only HWs he faced Blackbourn,Jihnsin and Wills!
He didn't KO anyone of them!

    He stopped
    Iron Hague
    Gunboat Smith
    Al Kubiak
    Tony Ross
    Morris Harris
    Mike Shreck
    Jim Flynnx2
    Porky Flynn
    Sam McVeyx2
    Colin Bell
    Harry Willsx2
    George Godfrey
    Joe Jeannette
    Battling Jim Johnson
Jim Flynn said he hit him harder than Dempsey. Smith rated him the hardest puncher he fought and he fought Dempsey,Willard, and Wills.
In an 18 year career Jeannette was stopped twice ,one of those was by Langford

    You know everything about him?
I think you need to read up on Sam! He was a murderous hitter at all weights.
I suggest you read Clay Moyle's biography on him.

ps Blackburn was a light weight.

Except he was and you're totally wrong. Harry Wills said he won every round of one of his fights against Langford only to be KO'd by 1 punch

You seem not to know the first thing about boxing from this era. I suggest you sit on the sidelines for a decade or so and absorb some of the knowledge around here. Perhaps read a book or two while you are at it.

    Peace.

And for what it's worth, I'm picking Langford in a barnburner. And even tho I have recently learned he didn't have good power, I think he would KO Sullivan.

He was a swarmer again and had Tyson style of fighting!
    He was swarmer and counterpuncher!
I read many books about Greb and Langolford and even by the book you could say ehich style they used!

Nope he wasn't really against HWs!
Harry Wills beat him atleast 5 times and knocked him twice!
Langford beat him once when he was very green!

I provided you with 17 stoppages he scored over class heavyweights. Langford beat him twice ,and Wills had fought 26fights before their first bout and 34 before their second.
Wills beat Langford 5 times .
    1st time Langford was 36.
Next 2 times he was 37.
Next 2 times he was 39.
And he was blind in one eye for all of those fights.

Pitsburg first superstar, the fearless Harry Greb, live fast die young...
The best was the fearless Harry Greb!
That book still amazed me!It is the closest and most real Greb Biography!
Sam Langford: Boxing's Greatest Uncrowned Champion is the oy book about Langford which is closest to his biograohy and real life!

I have the Langford book and at the back it has Langford's record where you will find all the heavyweight names I produced, and also the two wins over Wills, one by ko. On page ten of the book is a reproduced photo can you tell me what it is the subject of that photo?
You've named 2 books, you said this,"I read many books about Greb and Langolford" What others?
